Hearing on Fee Simple Lots
Interim regulation - Fee Simple Lots for townhouse development in Multiple Family Zones
EVERETT - The Everett City Council will hold a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday Feb. 17, at its regularly scheduled meeting in the City Council chambers, 3002 Wetmore Ave. in downtown Everett.
The purpose of the public hearing is to consider an interim regulation that will allow existing townhouse developments in multiple family zones (R-3L, R-3, R-4) located outside the Core Residential Area to create fee simple lots so each dwelling is located on a separate lot.
The interim regulation will be in place for up to one year to allow the City to consider if the development standards should be amended on a permanent basis.
The public is welcome to attend and provide testimony. For more information, contact Everett Planning Director Allan Giffen at 425-257-8731.
