Family Night at Everett Community College

Description: Bring the family to Everett Community College at 5:30 p.m. March 9 to learn about getting started, applying for financial aid, choosing what to study and more. Family Night is in EvCC’s Parks Student Union, Parks Central. The evening will also include information about Running Start, career decision making, university transfer options and EvCC programs. Spring quarter classes start March 29. WSU Beach Watcher Training

Description: Immerse Yourself in Puget Sound. Beach Watchers receive university - caliber training and then protect Puget Sound through education, research, restoration and community leadership. The 100 hour training runs from 9 - 4 PM every Tuesday and Thursday until May 6. After the training is over, create the volunteer experience that works for you by volunteering 100 hours over two years. Applications are due on March 2. A $30 material fee is charged (with scholarships available).

Young people will find both humor and inspiration as they discover the instruments and families of instruments in the orchestra. This family concert will also feature the top student from the Snohomish County Music Teacher's annual competition performing with our orchestra.
