You can drop by without an appointment to discuss your projects with our staff between 8am and 4pm on any business day.  Contact Permit Services at 425-257-8810 for questions.  We are located on the second floor of 3200 Cedar Street in Everett.  Permit applications are accepted between 8 am and (no later than) 4 pm.
