he City of Everett Engineering Services Division is responsible for the design coordination and funding of the City's Capital Improvement Projects.  The division also assures the city's Public Works Department and private construction projects provide satisfactory traffic design and operation.

The City of Everett Public Services Division is responsible for the issuance of building and site development permits. This department provides answers to questions relating to municipal code, permit fees and plan reviews. In addition, this division provides information regarding the City of Everett’s water, sewer and drainage utility systems.
