Everett Municipal Court has two elected judges, one full time judge and one part time judge.

The Court is open to the public from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday excluding legal holidays.

Effective Monday, November 2, 2009, the Court will be closed during the noon hour (12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.).
